Our Virtual Dissection Lesson

Our rat dissection is in two days. Do you feel that is it wrong to dissect an animal? If so list your reasons why. If not explain the benefits of a dissection.

Spring break has offically come and gone. Describe the day when you did something very exciting or describe the day when you were most dissappointed and did nothing.

ISAT testing is almost over! Use the blog to share your experience taking the test. Do you feel you were prepared? Was there anything that was not taught prior to taking the test? Did your learning charts assist you?

Ms. Sansing took her 6th grade class out for pizza. The pizza was $23.99, a pitcher of sprite cost $9.00. Ms. Sansing decided to leave a 15% tip. What was the total cost including tip for the entire dinner?

Should recess be allowed in schools? Explain your postion by providing 3 different reasons, with supporting details.

Search the web for murals that are drawn to scale. Consider the image that you selected. How does math relate to that image, how does math relate to the mural using a grid?

Write an equation for each word sentence. We shall see who has the correct answer… maybe a ticket???? two tickets????

As of Monday November 9th the second quarter has begun. The entire class grade is an A, it is now up to you to maintain that grade. This week will be a quiz. What is a slope and what does it measure????

Ok, by now, everyone has recieved their progress report grades. Did your grades exceed your standards? If so why? If not why? Do you feel that you recieved the wrong grade? What steps will you take to improve your grades by November 18?

Your  5 week progress reports are around the corner. Explain the steps you need to take in order to recieve a passing grade in math and writing. Remember to include details, details, details!!
